Equipment Resources, Inc. (ERI) was founded in 2003 by owner and engineer Lonnie Marquardt.  ERI oringially opened its doors as a heavy-equipment repair shop in Missoula, Montana. Since the advent of the Mini-Might Patrol it has been reinvented into a modern production facility.

The Mini-Might Patrol marks Lonnie's second foray into the manufacturing and marketing of a machine. For many years he designed, produced, and sold delimbers to the international logging industry. After selling that enterprise he returned to the field as an independent repair shop before necessity and inspiration collided and the Mini-Might Patrol was born.
